| Like the "Flying Nun" look? |
Hi Everyone,
The team arrived safe and sound. Yesterday we put the boat together and today we headed out for a nice sail. The winds picked up in the afternoon and the rains started. Tomorrow's weather calls for rain and wind but it will be nice after that (hopefully!).
It was nice to see all the teams from the other countries (80 sailors). The athletes' sailing village is nice and has everything we need: a gym, cafeteria, massage, dentist, chiropractor....you name it. It is a 3 hour bus ride from Heathrow.
As you can see, Weymouth/Portland is known for its wind.
